Collaborating on the curation of this residence in tandem with both the esteemed architect and discerning owner was an absolute delight. My role involved a meticulous partnership with the General Contractor, overseeing the entirety of the construction process while concurrently assuming the mantle of interior designer. The result is a residence that has been carefully curated in its entirety.

This dwelling underwent a transformative division into two distinct units, presenting an extraordinary opportunity for multi-generational living. On one side, we preserved the essence of the house in its original state, refraining from extensive renovations, while the other underwent a nearly complete rejuvenation. This home, strategically positioned in the vibrant short-term rental market, made a resounding entrance, captivating a diverse audience that included influencers and serving as an exquisite backdrop for professional photoshoots.
